Small Animal Care Guides

 While Somerset-PCHS does not have the resources or capacity to accept small animals such as rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, and similar pets, we remain committed to supporting our community through education and outreach. Whenever we have reliable knowledge, resources, or guidance to share, our goal is to provide pet owners with accurate information that helps them responsibly care for and improve the well-being of their small animals.

We strongly encourage anyone who needs to surrender or rehome a small pet to carefully research and choose a reputable rescue organization that specializes in that specific type of animal. Doing so helps ensure the pet receives appropriate care and has the best opportunity to be placed in a safe, suitable home.
