Call the Pulaski County Animal Shelter:
(606) 679-6432 to have a stray dog (or dogs) picked up.
(Please try to make sure it really is a stray and try to find owner.)
Note: Pulaski County DOES NOT pick up stray cats. If you find a stray cat, please take it to the shelter.
Call the Wayne County Animal Shelter:
606-348-0575. Joe Hancock 606-278-2030 is the Animal Control Officer there, and Tamera Snow is the admin/rescue coordinator.
Call 911 and/or city and county law enforcement.
You must provide exact address of animal location. (not general location or directions)

If dead animal is on a COUNTY road, in Pulaski County, please call Pulaski County Animal Control: 606-679-6432
If the dead animal is on a STATE road it must be reported to the State Highway Department, so call 606-677-4017
